WIT Impact
IT Council discussions with WIT led to changes and culture shift in how IT Council is soliciting people for open positions, making it a more open process for more people to participate in subcommittee groups and working groups. The Investing in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion working group recently presented their final report to the IT Council.
