Each fall semester, WIT mentoring and peer coaching program is available and we pair up people to help offer growth and engagement across the Universities.
The women in technology mentor/protégé program is a peer coaching effort. This effort is open to anyone, male , female or non-binary, and we hope that we can pair up people to help offer growth and engagement across campus.
Mentoring is a process in which an experienced individual helps another person develop their skills through a series of time-limited, confidential, one-on-one conversations and other learning activities.

- Peer Coaching is a confidential process through which two or more professional colleagues work together to reflect on current practices, expand, refine, and build new skills; share ideas with one another; conduct classroom research or solve problems in the workplace.
